| Listing Agreement |
1. Starting from January 1, 2008, each property will be charged $50 for listing on the
website of For Sale by Owner (FSBO) in Madison. Your property will be listed on the website
until it is sold. No renewal fee.
2. Although we truly believe that http://www.fsboinmadison.com is a very efficient tool to
sell your property, but you reserve all of your rights to advertise your property for sale on any
other websites or media at the same time.
3. In order to maintain the quality of the webpage of properties listed on our website, we
will create each webpage manually and it will look like this. You are responsible to provide us
up to 10 high quality, non-edited pictures of your property.
5. We are not realtors and will not charge either buyer or seller upon the sell of the
property.
6. For the listing service, you will receive: 1) Creation of highly quality of a webpage with
up to 10 high quality pictures for your property for sale; 2) Listing your property on
http://www.fsboinmadison.com until it is sold or off the market; 3) Your listing will NOT expire
until your property is sold. No time limit, No renewal fee;
8. The seller is responsible for the accuracy of their listing.
9. We do not provide yard signs.
10. You agree that you will notify us the completed sale timely so that your listing can be
inactivated upon the closing.
